We examine documented work history, specialties, and certifications — not self-reported claims. Every applicant must demonstrate verifiable expertise before we look further.
Reference & Background Check
We contact prior clients directly — not just read their names on an application. We verify professional standing with relevant industry bodies and licensing authorities.
Interview & Final Review
Finalists speak with our team. We assess communication, transparency about limitations, and the intangibles credentials can't capture — how a maker handles a difficult job, a missed deadline, an unhappy client.
Ongoing Monitoring
Approval Is Not Permanent.
Every engagement on Luxier generates a rating. We track scores across quality, communication, and timeliness. Any maker whose pattern changes is reviewed. Makers who no longer meet the standard are removed — no exceptions.
